Seems like this is in order.

So I imploded the other night, and said some things I shouldn't've said under any circumstances, especially ones as trivial as what prompted me to open my mouth. I would like to apologize to everyone that read my childish rant. I had no business saying the things that I did, nor even addressing that topic out in public for everyone to read. But most of all, I would like to apologize publicly to Paolo. No matter what the reason, the things I said were completely out of line and I'm sorry. Thanks for not having me offed in my sleep.

I'm sorry.

But do you truly believe the circumstances were "trivial"? You seemed very passionate your stance on the 'circumstance'. You shouldn't apologize for sharing your feelings (and share you did!). The specific individual(s) involved in your rant aren't sensitive to verbal (public) flogging. Notice the first post on my blog and (not as easily noticeable) the stuff I posted on myspace in 2007. Do I take it back? No, that's how I felt. Well actually, I was way more pissed. Lay person blogs are a way to let others into your head. They are filled with a large quantity of opinion and, at times, should be taken with a palm full of kosher salt. That was my 2 cents and yes, I would like change back from my nickel.

I agree with you in that it was a way to let people have a look around inside my head, but even though I swore to not edit this blog (though this is not the first time), 1) I don't want people shining flashlights into the shadows (nor do I want to expose the demons lurking within), and 2) there's a difference between sharing your frustrations and calling someone out, and I didn't consider the consequences before I unleashed my tirade.
